David Tovey is an Artist and Photographer. He lives in Kent, England and paints the world around him using pen and watercolour. David sketches his landscape subjects on location “plein air”, rather than working from photographs. The results are joyful expressions of David’s immediate response to what is in front of him. Lockdown meant that outdoor painting stopped and David concentrated more on painting animals from reference photographs.
David is exhibiting with Under The Rainbow Events plus exhibits his art and prints at fairs local to Maidstone.
