David Tovey is an Artist and Photographer. He lives in Kent, England and paints the world around him using pen and watercolour. David sketches landscapes from imagination, plus many subjects on location “plein air”, rather than working from photographs. The results are joyful expressions of David’s immediate response to what is in front of him. Lockdown meant that outdoor painting stopped and David concentrated more on painting animals from reference photographs.
