David Tovey an Artist. He lives in Maidstone, Kent, England and paints the world around him using pen and watercolour. David sketches landscapes from imagination, plus many subjects on location “plein air”, rather than working from photographs. The results are joyful expressions of David’s response to memories or what is in front of him.
